Tsuwabuki has been keeping a secret diary that summarizes Nanami's adventures.

Recap episode. Tsuwabuki is hurt while protecting Nanami from a runaway horse, and bedridden. Nanami, Utena, and Himemiya find his secret diary, and read it. It's a chronicle of all Nanami's misdeeds. It also reveals the reasons for them - Nanami's lust for her brother Touga. Then it goes into Tsuwabuki's plans to win Nanami's heart. Plan 1 is to hit her over the head and hope that she'll suffer amnesia and believe that Tsuwabuki is her brother. Plan 2 is to wait for her to turn into a cow again (as in episode 16), get a cowbell of his own, and become a bull. At that point Tsuwabuki jumps out of bed to stop them from reading further, but he's naked, and Nanami is so stunned that she faints, falls out a window, and ends up in an infirmiry bed herself. When she regains consciousness, she grabs the book and is about to read Plan 24 when the episode ends.
