Tsukurimashou 0.10

Sun 19 Nov 2017 by mskala Tags used: , , ,

I've posted version 0.10 of the Tsukurimashou Project - the first new version in more than three years. As you may or may not recall, this is my ongoing effort to build a parametric meta-family of Japanese-language typefaces, using the METAFONT technology of TeX. A brief summary of the concept is that instead of just drawing the character glyphs for the fonts, I'm writing software to generate the fonts; then different weights and styles come out by choosing different settings.
