One Nero Wolfe; the Ice Palace Murders is an audio book on cassette tape, professionalized fan fiction about Sherlock Holmes and drug-assisted date rape; The Spy's Guidebook, with handmade cover, from Usborne, much loved; Codes for Kids; Hairy Horror; two Hardy Boys; a Date with Danger is a much better selection of cheaply-reprinted public domain material than it looks; three volumes of Two-Minute Mysteries and two of Encyclopedia Brown; six volumes of Sherluck Bones, which is Encyclopedia Brown for furries; two hardback Stink Files (the cat is the detective); the Boy Detective Fails is an experimental novel about the adulthood of someone who was like Encyclopedia Brown as a boy; two slim volumes of mazes; three smutty books lumped together including a horrifying sex manual from the 1970s, a painful psychiatric novel, and a Harlequin Romance (with the cover ripped off, not by me) from their special collection for horse fetishists, which is quite simply the worst book I have ever read.
