Cato Insitute urges repeal of DMCA

Those notorious Communists at the Cato Institute have issued a study entitled "Circumventing Competition: The Perverse Consequences of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act" - and no, they don't just want to repeal it to replace it with something worse, they're actually calling for it to go away completely. Because, surprise surprise, the DMCA is a really bad thing no matter where you sit on the left/right political spectrum.
