Russell McOrmond of the canada-dmca-opponents mailing list met with some representatives from Heritage Canada on the 19th, and here's his report.  This was preparatory to the upcoming Ottawa consultation meeting, and includes some interesting comments on things Heritage Canada would like to see brought up in the debate.  [Report from Ottawa]
